What kind of cat do you have? What’s its story?

And what are their names, any pics? :) What’s their story? I love hearing about other’s cats :P P
I have a Scottish Fold Persian named Simon (well, I think that is what he is)… I adopted him from the local shelter, when I actually went to find a short haired kitten, but laid eyes on him and begged my boyfriend to let me get him! He is eight or so, and LOVES treats. http://img266.imageshack.us/my.php?image=simonbj8.jpg

I also have a short haired grey cat named Tinker, who is about a year old. She was a stray outside along with her mom and brother, and one day I found her with a broken leg… Also begged the boyfriend to let me take her in… Took her to the vet, where she had to have her leg amputated, and now she is a happy hyper three legged kitty that lives inside and LOVES to play!http://img155.imageshack.us/my.php?image=20080114kityy0024za9.jpg

I have a DSH named Gracie. She was a stray and had a litter (I don’t know how large) when she was still young. She and her kittens were rescued by someone, and that woman gave Gracie to her grandfather. Gracie lived with that man for approximately one year before his health seriously deteriorated and he had to surrender the cat to his son and daughter-in-law, the parents of the woman who found her. The son and DIL are my neighbors. They already owned two cats that were not too keen on having a new cat in the house. So these neighbors called me, coincidentally on my birthday, and asked if I would like to adopt Gracie. I met her and agreed, and she has lived with me now for about seven months. She is possibly about three years old now, but I do not know her exact age.
