Scotland Manager

Is Craig Levein taking the Scotland manager ’s job just a waste of a coaching talent?
Could his skils and knowhow not be used more effectively at trying to develop new young talent at a club like United rather than trying to make something of a bunch of numpties who half the time don’t even want to turn up to play for their own country?
depends if he is allowed to restructure the whole setup etc like he wants to. If so then, no that is exactly where he should be using his talent.
